The Dynamic DSM tracking software was designed to not just support the management of Projects but also the Business Development requirements in order to acquire future Projects. There are a host of features within DSM that cater specifically to Business Development reps. They are described below in detail.

Business Process Flow

Dynamic DSM leverages the “Business Process Flow” built into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and thus supports the pipeline processes for business development staff. This feature allows users to intuitively move automatically through the various Sales Entities – from Leads to Opportunities to New Projects to Committed Projects to Installed Projects to Financials to Completed Projects.

Business Process Flow

Simplified Editing of Fields

Users no longer need to toggle between the Edit Screen and the Viewing Screen. Simple processes such as adding notes, updating fields, and flagging records are thus vastly improved.

Tracking Potential Projects

Users are provided multiple methods of tracking potential Projects. Data can be captured at the Account level prior to creating a project. Users are also to leverage the Pre-Project feature – updating the estimated Savings and Incentive amounts.

Complete Lead Tracking

Dynamic DSM contains a full-feature Lead Management module. This interacts with Web-Form uploads, User Auto-Notifications, Auto-Responder emails, Lead Conversion logic and functionality, Trade Show list uploads, Overdue Call reminders, Web-Visit Tracking and Alerts. In this way, Dynamic DSM users are able to take advantage of and track the entire end-to-end sales process.

Territory Management

Users can be automatically assignment by Territory and Business Rules.

Lead Viewing Hierarchy

Management is able to limit which users view and edit which records.

Mobile Access

Users are able to log in and use the system via their Mobile Device and Tablet/iPad

Scripts & Dialog

Dynamic DSM provides the ability to generate and implement custom Dialog Scripts. Users are able to follow a question/answer driven set of dialogue windows to capture the customers needs and requirements. For example, Call Center users are able to follow a flow of conversation by answering questions – which lead to more questions that are relevant to the previous questions. Dialog scripts have conditional logic based on customer responses

Google Maps

Dynamic DSM is able to integrate Google Maps and easily perform API tasks made available via the API. The system is able to automatically perform the following tasks and more:

  • Place an address on a map
  • Place multiple addresses on a map
  • Calculate driving directions
  • Generate Mileage Costs for individuals performing onsite tasks

Social Insights

Dynamic DSM includes Social Insights (by Inside View). This allows users to click on any Account record and update the data from the massively detailed Inside View database.

  • Email addresses and phone numbers
  • Millions of company/contact profiles

  • One-click data sync into CRM
