Customer and Partner Portals

Dynamic DSM energy rebate tracking system contains a flexible and powerful Portal framework. Customers can be provided a login that, if desired, allows them to view the progress of their Application/Project.

Flexible Access to Read/Edit/Approve within the Portal

Data Access and Permissions. Customers are provided a set of screens to view their data. If desired, customers can be granted permission to update data. In some cases, Customers are able to log in and provide approval to move forward. Their project status will stay “as is” until the approval is granted. Of course, if the target date for approval is exceeded, email alerts can be sent as a reminder.

 

Partner Access. Partners, such as Trade Allies, can also be provided a login and set of screens in order to view the various projects they are responsible for. These partners will be able to view aggregated data for savings, incentives, as well as other key KPIs.

Upload of Detailed Project Applications

Upload. Users are provided the ability to upload complex applications (including multiple Measures) into the system for staff review and further management. From a single Application, the following records are created (unless duplicate records already exist) as applicable.

  • Account record (e.g. Sony Company)
  • Site record (e.g. Sony Headquarters in New York)
  • Project record (e.g. Application for 1000 Lightbulb replacements at Sony Headquarters)
  • Measure record (e.g. 1000 quantity of Measure #12345: T-8 Lightsbulb)
  • Financial record (e.g. Incentive Check to be issued for $2,673.84, assuming all else is correct)
  • Contact record (e.g. Ronny Hillmann at Sony Company is the Primary Contact)

Validation. Where desired, the Application data is compared with an external database to confirm the various data points (e.g. Address, Account Number, Premise Number, Zip Code, etc.)

Deduplication. When Applications are uploaded, the system automatically compares the data to the Dynamic DSM data and uses business rules to match against and find deduplicate records – and use those rather than creating new records.

Workflow Triggering. When Applications are uploaded, our powerful workflow engine reads the Application and triggers the various next steps and tasks to ensure that the project is immediately reviewed, placed into the appropriate queue, assigned to a user or team, placed onto the correct dashboards and forecasts (where applicable), and much more.

Portal Reports and Dashboards

Segmentation & Filtering. The Customer and Partner Portals provide Reports and Dashboards. These allow for segmentation and filtering so that the Portal user can easily slice and dice the data as needed. Export to Excel. Depending on their permissions, the Portal user is also able to export list reports to Excel for further reporting purposes.

Trade Ally and Partner Portal Login

Customer Access. Dynamic DSM allows for customers to access the system via our Web Portal:

  • Login via URL, Username, Password
  • Access security configurable by Customer Type (read only, edit, etc.)
  • Typically Companies can access their own records in read-only mode in order to view the progress of their projects and payments
  • Ability to initiate potential Projects
  • Where needed, users can be automatically provided a username and password per email.

Partner Access. Dynamic DSM allows for Trade Allies to access the system via our web portal

  • Login via URL, username, password
  • Access security configurable by Customer Type (read only, edit, etc.)
  • Typically Trade Allies can access their own records in read-only mode in order to view the progress of their projects and payments
  • Where desired, users can be automatically provided a username and password per email.

Project Management

Dynamic DSM allows for Customers and Trade Allies to manage Projects as needed

  • Ability to create/initiate Projects via File Upload
  • Ability to add Measures to Projects via File Upload
  • Ability to approve Milestones or notify the Project Coordinator of Milestone completion
  • Ability to view scheduled tasks and assignments
  • Alert Notifications can be auto-sent to Trade Allies when specified criteria is triggered
